Did you know that both of you have esophageal cancer? What a coincidence! I have lymphoma! And a brain tumor! - but life must go on, right, at least for a little while!

In all seriousness, although I'm afraid that I cannot help you disburse your remaining "secret" funds to charity, we might want to start an email support group for cancer millionaires. I will contact Mr. Toktok from the Phillipines if you agree, and we can start a mailing list. I think it would help all of us to come to terms with our mortality.
